Q: What types of files does Print Print Print accept?
A: We prefer .PDF and .JPG files. However, we accept .jpg, .eps, .tiff, and flattened .psd files. Please place your file within our templates prior to submitting your artwork to PrintPrintPrint.Biz.
Q: What if my document is a Microsoft Publisher (.pub), Microsoft Word (.doc), Microsoft Excel (.xls), or other formats?
A: Then you should convert your file by going to https://www.pdfonline.com/convert_pdf.asp. There you can upload your file, enter your email address, and they will email you your file - converted into a .PDF! Be sure to incorporate your converted file into one of our templates before sending (or have PrintPrintPrint.Biz do it for a small fee during the checkout process).

Q: Can I receive a proof prior to print?
A: You may. PDF proofs are free via after you upload your file. We can provide hard proofs. They are $30 + shipping and will take 2-4 days to produce and ship.
Q: Why isn't my file uploading?
A: If your file is anything other than a .jpg, .eps, .tiff, or a .psd file, please do not submit it as we cannot print it. We also cannot process or print any layered files. Files over 50 megabytes (mb) including both front and back files, should be re-saved as a high quality .jpg file. This will reduce file size while still maintaining quality. Files that keep giving you an error may be emailed to service@printprintprint.biz with a subject: ATTN File Service. We will then try to fix the file and re-email it back to you as we cannot place your order for you, you will have to process the order again.
Q: What if the product is not what I expected it would be?
A: What you see on your monitor will not be exact to what you get on your print, this is the same with almost every printing company. We will not color match monitors. If you would like a hard proof, contact us and we will send you one for a fee of $30. If your product is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at info@printprintprint.biz.
Please Note: We will reprint any job that is improperly cut, or has color drifting. If the product has been damaged due to shipping, you must contact UPS to refund you of the cost. Printprintprint.biz or its holding company, is not responsible for items damaged during shipping.
If an issue arises with the printing of your product, please email us at info@printprintprint.biz and tell us a brief description of the printing defect, we will then rectify the problem with you. If your product has been printed and has ANY errors due to how your file was designed or prepared, you are responsible for the cost of reprinting and shipping.
Q: How are your prices for printed products so cheap?
A: We depend on volume, which we get by being the cheapest printer with the best quality and wide selection of printed products! At PrintPrintPrint.biz, we believe that businesses can really thrive by using printed products, so we make them cheap enough for any business to afford them. We don't believe in sacrificing quality for cost. That is why we have some of the highest quality paper stocks and our printing is all done on multi-million dollar presses and finishing equipment.
Q: How do I set-up files for print for PrintPrintPrint.biz?
A: All files should be designed using our templates. We provide templates for all products we print. All file artwork should be flattened (have no layers or transparencies) or converted to outlines (.eps files from Adobe Illustrator) with the template showing the crop marks. Q: Can I use a web picture for print?
A: No. All web images are RGB. There are also most likely 72 dpi or lower. Please refer to our file specifications on more about how to prepare your file.
